Overview
You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to inspect your items. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Items that show obvious signs of use or wear are not eligible for refunds.
Candles that have been lit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds are for purchased items and any tax paid only and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
All tools are covered by a one year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or neglect, and does not cover normal wear and tear or surface rusting of carbon-steel tools. Please refer to the full warranty for details.
Candles may be exchanged for another fragrance and then only if they have never been lit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Shipment
Before returning a product for exchange, please email us at: store@ffforge-tx.com and get a return authorization number. This number must be included with your shipment. Merchandise without a Return Authorization number may be refused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipment.
