Shipping Policy

Shipping is handled by third party shipment companies.  Customers may choose their preferred delivery method from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

INSURANCE. All orders must be covered by insurance. The cost of shipping will automatically include the cost of shipment insurance.

Orders shipped to locations where there is no insurance available are shipped at the customer’s risk.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow for extra time around holidays. If there are any delays in handling your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

At this time, we do not sell our products outside of the United States.

RETURNS POLICY

All orders must be inspected within 10 days of receipt. If not satisfied, email store@ffforge-tx.com for a return authorization.

We will exchange or provide store credit. Customers must pay any shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered and resalable. Used merchandise will not be accepted.

Returns without a return authorization number may be refused.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Our goal is for your package to be delivered in perfect condition. What happens when it leaves Firefox Forge is sometimes unfortunate.

Please inspect all deliveries for visible damage before accepting.

DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITH VISIBLE DAMAGES unless opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.

If you find damage PLEASE follow these steps:

1. TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE
2. KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING
3. REPORT DAMAGE TO CARRIER
4. CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS
